1. Services

Seowebx provides digital services including Website Design & Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Branding, Graphic Design, Content Writing, Web Hosting and other digital marketing solutions.

2. Project Acceptance

Any project begins only after the required advance payment has been received. By confirming a quotation or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Payments

• Advance payment is required before project commencement.
• Remaining payment must be completed before final project delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may delay or suspend project work.
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Project Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend upon timely client feedback, approvals, and content submission. Seowebx is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information from the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and project requirements.
• Supply required content, images, logos and documents.
• Review work and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure all submitted content does not violate copyright laws.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included according to the selected package. Additional revisions or major changes after approval may incur extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property

After full payment, ownership of the completed website design and content specifically created for the client is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and licensed software remain subject to their respective licence terms.

8. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

Seowebx follows industry best practices; however, search engine rankings, traffic, leads and sales cannot be guaranteed because search engine algorithms and market conditions frequently change.

9. Refund Policy

Payments made for completed work, domain registration, hosting, software licences, premium themes, plugins or third-party services are non-refundable. Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed based on project progress.

10. Limitation of Liability

Seowebx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, website downtime caused by third-party hosting providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party providers such as Google, Meta, payment gateways, hosting companies and other software vendors. Their respective terms and privacy policies will also apply.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

14. Governing Law
